With Summer here and so many of the Kat’s Cafe readership enjoying the fun and sun, I ran across this infographic on how to check if your deck needs some work – and thought you might find it useful.
We don’t have a deck, but we have a porch that will need a bit of work, and I thought it was great to run through the graphic’s checklist. This graphic was provided by deck solutions company Fiberon for me to share with my readers.
Now, I’m interested in hearing what your biggest “to-do” summer fixit project is? Is it a porch or deck? Or are you still playing “catch-up” with your garden like I am? How are you fitting in your To Do List with the kids being home?
Leave me a comment and please, feel free to share this graphic around, I think Fiberon did a pretty good job with it, whether you need to work on your deck or just want to make sure it’s safe!
The Infographic:
Hey Kat! For me the biggest to do has been to fix the garage, I have bg house and this house we had purchased around 12 years back. The house has two garages infornt that we use, there are two more garages, which I hardly use but has become a storage section for house, The roof of the garage is leaking, So i plan to fix the roof first then go for complete De-cluttering!
Darin Spears recently posted..Why has the average software engineering salary increased in the past couple of years and will it continue to rise?
Darin – does cleaning out the garage count as fixing it? LOL Man, the mess we could accumulate with two garages, *snickers* Good luck with the roof too, that would be so far out of my ability level *grin*
