Do you remember your first cup of coffee? Tell me about it in the comments!
My first real cup? I don’t remember drinking coffee seriously before I had Bobby. I have always credited my mother-in-law with my love affair with coffee. I might have drank it before she and I became close, but I never loved it as much as I did sitting at the table in the mornings with her, along with our morning devotional.
As you read through the giveaway details and enter (hopefully), keep in mind that your comment and entry in the Rafflecopter will enter you into a secondary drawing for a small prize from the Cafe. I want to hear all your stories about Coffee!

While I don’t remember my first cup of coffee. I do remember the cup of coffee that truly turned my on to coffee. I was at the Beesaw’s Cafe in Portland, OR and took a sip of the most delicious coffee I had ever tasted (doctored with Sugar in the Raw and cream). From that moment I was in search of those beans and an evangelist for coffee!
I remember having ‘Coffee Milk’ (as he used to call it) with my Dad. About 95% sugar and milk, with 5% coffee. I remember it being something very special in the morning! Probably led to me crazed addiction now
I usually like an iced coffee with a little bit of white mocha in it!
Our vice growing up was milk tea … but I remember the thrill of being able to do something special like that! And Yum! I like your favorite drink!
My FAVE is COFFEE!!

Coffee is pretty darn awesome in and of itself, isn’t it?
I love iced latte’ with no flavor made with half and half. yummo !
Sounds good to me too!
When I was growing up my sister and I were not allowed to have or drink coffee. My parents felt it would “stunt our growth”. Well we were “sneaky little stinkers” and while our parents were both at work and we were out of school for the summer, we decided to set up our own coffee experiment and make some to have with our breakfast. I was 11 and my little sister was 8 years old. We had watched our parents enough times to know how to perculate and make coffee. Well we both added a teaspoon of sugar from the sugar bowl and went to the fridge and brought out the half and half. Well we both tried it and my sister thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread, but my taste buds told me that it was too bitter. I poured my cup down the drain as my sister continued to finish hers. In the end both of us got caught because we forgot to clean the perculator out. It took me another 10 years before I tried it again and have been drinking it ever since. It was a beverage that is an acquired taste. So many different flavors today and ways to prepare and doctor coffee up is amazing.
Oh that sounds just like something I would have done! You little stinker, LOL
I didn’t start drinking coffee until my childhood best friend took me to Starbucks after a very tiring experience with my son. I have always loved the smell but she introduced me 2 Starbucks Flavored coffee and I’ve been hooked ever since.
french vanilla cappuccino
My first cup of coffee was when I was 8 years old visiting my grandparents in North Dakota. I got up early that morning and went in to the kicthen where I knew my grandfather would be. He said Jenny would you like some coffee and I said I don’t know what is it. He said it is my fave thing to drink in the morning. So he made me a cup with cream and sugar just like his and have liked it ever since. That is the way I drink it now and every time I do I remeber him.
My favorite beverage of choice is probably coffee, it is probably the only thing I drink everyday except water. I love that I can have a different flavor everyday.
